All of our products are made in Italy. Start to finish. We don't cut corners by producing most in a different part of the world and then finish it in Italy so we can stamp 'Made in Italy' on our products. Even all of our components are Italian, from the laces to the closings on our bags. Our raw materials are all sourced from highly credible & recognised Italian suppliers. Traditional luxury brands can mark up their products anywhere between 8 to 12 times cost price. That is a lot of margin. We believe you should not have to pay that much. By selling directly to you we eliminate the unnecessary markups and pass the cost savers over to you in the form of fairer prices. We don't compromise on quality, and mark our products up just 3 to 3.5times cost price, nothing more.
All our raw materials come from certified suppliers. We are 100% transparent in our supply chain and we openly list the sources of all raw materials including our Italian cashmere yarns and real leather tanneries. There is no other brand at our quality level, offering this level of transparency.

VAT is Value Added Tax and charged to you if you are receiving your order within the EU. The prices you see on the website are inclusive of 21% Dutch VAT. If you are ordering from outside the EU, the VAT is not applicable and will be deducted from the order. Local taxes may apply when you receive the package.

Buying a shoe online can be tricky as you may not know which size you take. We have got you covered though. When you click on the product we give you the dimensions and with shoes we provide an accurate size chart. In this chart you can find which size matches the length of your foot. We even give you the measurement inside the shoe in cm so you know how much space you will have when you wear your shoe. Normally you need 1-1,5 cm to be able to walk comfortably in your shoes but everyone has different preferences so pick whatever suits you best.
There are a few items that are made to order especially for you. This will take several weeks. You have to order and pay for the item and then we will order it with our artisans. Your personal details and your privacy is very important to us. The reason we need your number is to be able to contact you in case something changes with your order. We also put your contact details on the packingslip so the carrier company can contact you regarding your package delivery.
Yes, we ship to many countries around the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Check out shipping for all information on where we ship and associated costs. We ship within the European Union on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, outside of the EU we ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). For more information on your customs procedures and levies please contact your local customs organisation.
It depends on where you are. Orders that are shipped to the Netherlands will take 1-2 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-5 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Check our shipping page for shipping times to your destination. Shipping times can be longer due to unforeseen circumstances. Make sure your shipping address is correct on the order to avoid any delays.
We use TNT Post for shipping within The Netherlands. With the exception of the UK, France and Italy, DPD will deliver within the EU. All other countries including UK, France and Italy are transported by UPS
When your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number of your package to the email address you have provided when placing your order. With this tracking number you can track your package on the site of your carrier (TNTpost.nl, DPD.com or UPS.com). If you have not received your tracking number after 2 days of completing your order, contact us so we can investigate.
Shipping fees depend on where you want to have your order shipped to. Check our shipping page for more detailed information on packages up to 5kg. When you place your order your exact shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
When you are receiving the order outside of the EU, custom fees, duties and/or taxes may apply. These fees vary per country so if you wish to find out exactly what applies to you it is best to check with customs in your country.
Due to Brexit, all UK orders above £135 (approx €155) are from January 1st, 2021, subject to customs fees of the country of destination, namely the United Kingdom.
These costs and related formalities are the responsibility of the recipient/customer. They are to be paid to the carrier upon delivery.
Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance processing of each parcel entering the United Kingdom.
Dutch VAT. Since January 1st, 2021 UK customers will no longer pay Dutch VAT upon checkout. Euro prices for UK customers are therefore lowered by 21%. We advise all UK customers to consult the HMRC website to learn more regarding UK Import VAT on goods imported from the EU into the UK.

Yes of course, you get your money back and we are quick about it as well. It's your money and we have no interest in keeping it any longer than we have to. In order to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions with your credit card you need to provide your billing address. This address needs to be the same as the billing address of your credit card. The payment will only be approved by your bank if these are the same.
If the payment was unsuccessful or your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that this is not true, please order again with a Paypal account or any one of the other payment providers listed on our site. Our prices are set in Euro's €. This is the currency which will be charged for all purchases. On our site there is a currency converter for USD $ and GBP's £ which will provide a conversion estimate from the day's exchange rate. Please check with your bank to be sure what the local currency conversion amount will be.

Yes. We accept both monthly and yearly subscription payments. All subscriptions are entered into for a 12 months period with the flexibility to pay monthly offered.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. But please be aware that all of our subscriptions are entered into for a minimum period of twelve consecutive months. If you cancel within the twelve months and have chosen the monthly payment schedule, you will still be legally bound to complete the annual contract amount.
Yes. If you have purcahsed your first shoe with us within the last 90days just email us and we will help you with the process to upgrade to the Sole Subscription.
Yes. You can choose four pairs of any shoe at any price within the subscription contract term.
For subscribers to our Sole Subcription, shipping is included in the subscription price. For subscribers to our Club membership - shipping is excluded.
